If you are the new customer ,you want to know the goods (Cost / Description),you can shopping by
“Shopping” way, then click the goods picture directly and define the goods quantity you want to shop;

Express Shopping:
If you are familiar with the goods description that you want to shop, you can shopping via “Express Shopping”. Then select the goods with “?” in the goods list and define the quantity directly;

Manual Shopping:
If you want to shop step by step and you are familiar with the goods description, you will can select the “Manual Shopping” ways to shoping. You input the “Foxconn Part Number” or select the “Foxconn Part Number” in list and define shopping quantity.

My Cart:
When you finished the shopping , you can inquire the shopping status in “My Cart” , Moreover iPAQ parts store provide “Save your shopping cart” function, when you finished shopping this time, you needn’t check out on time, You can “Save my shopping cart” in order to continue to shop in next time. But your cart would be reserved for some time, if you haven’t checked out during the reserved time, we will delete this shopping cart, Because we will Balance our inventory!

iPAQ parts store provide you three ways to track/control your purchase order in anytime:
· Order Tracking
· Order Record
· Cancel Order
Remark: There are seven type of purchase order status:
Order under negotiation
Material under preparation
Goods intransit/complete shipment
Goods intransit/partial shipment
Customer take delivery
Payment pending

Order Tracking:
You can track your purchase order status which haven’t been closed, you can catch the information as belows by Order Tracking :
· Date(The time of making purchase order)
· Foxconn Purchase Order Number
· Customer Purchase Order Number
· Purchase Order Status
· Shipping Status(Including three status: Shipping/No Shipping/Complete)
· Amount(The total amount of the purchase order)

Order Record:
You can inquire the p/o history record which have beeen closed(The p/o status is “Order complete” ) by “Order Record” . Similiarly, you catch the same information as “Order Tracking”.

Cancel Order:
You can cancel your purchase order when the purchase order status is “Order under negotitation”

-Search
iPAQ part store provide you three quick ways to search the product you want know about:
· By Foxconn P/N
· By HP P/N
· By Key Description

When you kown the P/N.You can input the key-value or input the detail code, System will search for you the relation production or a certain definited production.

When you forget the P/N or you want to search a certain type product, You can input the key-value of descriptio(e,g LCD…). System will search out the relational list.
